Detailed Itinerary of 4 Days gorilla trekking Uganda
Day 1: Welcome to Uganda and transfer to Entebbe.
Warmest welcome to Uganda via Entebbe International Airport. Upon arrival, our company representative – your private safari driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your private hotel in Entebbe. You will enjoy the remainder of the day to explore your new surroundings.

Day 2: Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Today, you should be prepared for the long journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Your private safari driver will give you a briefing, followed by a private ride in a luxurious safari jeep to the south-western side of the country.
This is a long journey but isn’t in vain as you will have en-route stopovers for photography, leg stretching and lunch. Arrive in the evening and spend the rest of the day relaxing while taking in views of the verdant rainforest.

Day 3: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park: Gorilla Trekking Uganda
Following a sumptuous breakfast, you will depart on the whole-day gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Depending on the location of the safari lodge, you will either walk or get driven to the park headquarters for briefing on the guidelines to be followed while trekking or spending time in the presence of endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.
The highlight of this 1-5 hour’s walk is the one hour of viewing and photographing the mountain gorillas as they go about their daily routines.
A hot lunch awaits you at the Lodge at the end of the tour, after which continue to the nearby Batwa pygmy community to learn about their simple but unique way of life while they still lived in the forest. Return to your Lodge in the evening to relax and later dinner as well as overnight.
